On March 10, 2017, Shashank Joshi resigned from position as a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of MoneyOnMobile, Inc. (the “Company”) and any other positions he held within the Company and its subsidiaries. Mr. Joshi’s resignation was not as a result of any disagreements with the Company.
