TerraVia Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) has retained Rothschild Inc. as its financial advisor and is in discussions with a number of potential investors to raise additional capital and/or recapitalize the Company’s outstanding convertible senior subordinated notes. However, no agreements have been made and such discussions may not lead to a transaction.
