On February 9, 2017, Inspired Entertainment, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing results for the quarter ended December 31, 2016. A copy of the press release that will be discussed on the Company’s earnings call is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
