Item 8.01 Other Events
MVB Financial Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release today announcing that it intends to conduct a rights offering to be made to its holders of common stock. The Company plans to raise approximately $5 million though the distribution of subscription rights and the exercise thereof.
A copy of the press release, issued February 10, 2017, is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
