Item 8.01. Other Events
On February 10, 2017, Axsome Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) updated its presentation slide deck in preparation for a presentation by Herriot Tabuteau, M.D., Chief Executive Officer of the Company, at the BIO CEO & Investor Conference (the “Conference”) on February 14, 2017. Dr. Tabuteau will be presenting at the Conference to provide an overview of the Company’s business and late-stage clinical product candidates, AXS-05 and AXS-02. Attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K is a copy of the presentation slide deck to be used in connection with this presentation.
