On February 7, 2017, Pathfinder Bancorp, Inc. (the "Company") announced the location and date of the Company's upcoming 2017 annual meeting of shareholders. The annual meeting of shareholders will be held at The American Foundry, 246 West Seneca Street, Oswego, New York, 13126 on May 5, 2017 at 10:00 a.m., Eastern Time.
