Item 8.01. Other Events
On February 3, 2017, Valvoline Inc. issued a news release announcing the closing of the previously announced acquisition by its subsidiary, Valvoline LLC, of the business assets related to 28 quick-lube stores from Time-It Lube L.L.C. and Time-It Lube of Texas, LP. A copy of the news release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
