Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On January 31, 2017, Exactech, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the sale of its spine asset group on January 31, 2017, and a range of charges during the fourth quarter of 2016, related to a restructuring plan. The charges included impairment of goodwill for the Biologics and Spine segment, as well as impairment of assets which were included in the sale of the spine asset group. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is hereby incorporated by reference in this Item 2.02.
