Encana Corporation (“Encana”) has fixed March 8, 2017 as the record date for the purpose of determining holders of Encana’s common shares entitled to receive notice of and to vote at an annual meeting of Encana’s shareholders, to be held on Tuesday, May 2, 2017.
The Notice of Meeting and Record Date is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8- K.
