On January 30, 2017, Aspen Insurance Holdings Limited (“Aspen” or the “Company”) issued a press release, which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, providing an update on actions taken in its Insurance segment and a preliminary view of underwriting results for, and diluted book value per share at the end of, the fourth quarter of 2016.
