Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Conditions
On January 24, 2017 Veritex Holdings, Inc. the holding company for Veritex Community Bank, a Texas state chartered bank, issued a press release describing its results of operations for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2016. A copy of the press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
