Item 8.01 Other Events.
On January 18, 2017, Valero Energy Partners LP issued a press release announcing that one of its subsidiaries acquired a 40 percent undivided interest in the Hewitt segment of the Plains All American Pipeline, L.P.’s Red River pipeline.
