As previously reported on November 1, 2016, HFF, Inc. (the “Company”) and Leon Partners Limited (“Leon Partners”) issued a press release announcing that the Company had entered into a purchase agreement to acquire Leon Partners. On January 17, 2017, the Company completed the acquisition of Leon Partners. A copy of the press release announcing the completion of the acquisition is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
