Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On January 11, 2017, Hartman Short Term Income Properties XX, Inc. distributed a press release announcing the determination of the Company’s estimated net asset value (“NAV”) per share as of September 30, 2016. The full text of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference into this Item 7.01.
