b) On January 11, 2017 Domtar Corporation (“the Corporation”) announced the resignation of Domenic Pilla from the Corporation’s Board of Directors (the “Board”), effective immediately. Mr. Pilla served on the Board since 2014. Mr. Pilla requested to resign in order to be able to devote attention to his new position as Chief Executive Officer of McKesson Canada.
