As announced in the attached press release, on January 10, 2017, the Board of Directors of Codorus Valley Bancorp, Inc. declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.135 per common share, payable on February 14, 2017, to shareholders of record at the close of business on January 24, 2017. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
