Item 7.01 −Regulation FD Disclosure
On January 9, 2017, Destination XL Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing holiday sales for the nine weeks ended December 31, 2016 and updated guidance for the fiscal year ended January 28, 2017 (“fiscal 2016”).
