(Nasdaq: PME) (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its annual meeting of shareholders to be held on January 6, 2017 at 10:00 am local time at the Company’s headquarters. The full text of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
