Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers
On December 26, 2016, Dr. Joseph Rubinfeld, a member of our board of directors passed away un-expectantly at the age of 84. There was no known disagreement with Dr. Rubinfeld on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
The Board wishes to convey their heartfelt sympathies to Dr. Rubinfeld’s wife Loretta and their children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
