(b) Blue Bird Corporation (the “Company”) has determined to eliminate the position of Chief Operating Officer. On December 9, 2016, the Company informed John Kwapis, the current Chief Operating Officer, of this decision. Mr. Kwapis will leave the employment of the Company effective December 31, 2016 to pursue other interests.
