On December 9, 2016, Raymond S. Willoch, Senior Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel of Interface, Inc. (the "Company"), announced that he has decided to retire effective January 1, 2017, after 26 years of service with the Company, including 20 years as its General Counsel. Mr. Willoch's successor will be David B. Foshee, a 17-year veteran of the Company who currently serves as its Vice President, Assistant Secretary and Associate General Counsel.
