Tony Hunter, a named executive officer of tronc, Inc., will be stepping down as President of National Revenue and Strategic Initiatives of Tribune Publishing Company, LLC, a subsidiary of tronc, Inc., effective as of December 23, 2016.  He will be eligible for severance benefits in accordance with the terms of his employment agreement.
