(b) On December 3, 2016, Robert P. Pincus, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Eagle Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) and its wholly owned subsidiary, EagleBank (the “Bank”), advised the Company of his retirement from all positions held with the Company, the Bank and their respective subsidiaries and affiliates, effective December 31, 2016.
