(b) | Resignation of Maheesh Jain, as Chief Marketing Officer |
On December 1, 2016, Maheesh Jain provided notice of his resignation from the position of Chief Marketing Officer of CafePress Inc. ("CafePress" or the "Company") effective December 31, 2016.
Following the effective date of Mr. Jain’s resignation, Mr. Fred E. Durham, III, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors, has agreed to assume the duties previously fulfilled by Mr. Jain as of January 1, 2017.
