Item 8.01. Other Events.

On November 14, 2016, Patriot National, Inc. (the “Company”) released a press release regarding the closing of a new credit facility and concurrently filed a Current Report on Form 8-K attaching a copy of the press release as Exhibit 99.1 (the “Exhibit”). The Exhibit contained a typo in stating that, as of November 14, 2016, the Company had “$106 million in cash, restricted cash and investments…” (emphasis added). The Exhibit should have read that, as of November 14, 2016, the Company had “$106 million in cash.” The published version of the press release correctly stated that the Company had $106 million in cash.
