Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On November 7, 2016, WestRock Company issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2016. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1. On November 7, 2016, WestRock will host a conference call during which it will discuss its financial results for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2016 and other topics that may be raised during the discussion.
