As disclosed in the current report on Form 8-K of MoneyOnMobile Inc. (the “Company”) filed with the Commission on August 19, 2016, effective as of August 15, 2016, the Company changed its name from “Calpian, Inc.” to “MoneyOnMobile, Inc.” by amending its Certificate of Formation.
The Company’s name change became effective with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. (“FINRA”) on October 26, 2016, and the Company’s common stock began quotation on the OTCQX under the new name and a new trading symbol, “MOMT”.
On October 26, 2016, the Company issued a press release announcing the symbol change. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
