Item 5.07. Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.
On October 21, 2016, the Company held its annual meeting of stockholders. At the meeting, stockholders voted on proposals (1) to elect three Class I directors to the Company’s board of directors, each to serve until the Company’s 2019 annual meeting of stockholders, and until a successor has been duly elected and qualified; and (2) to ratify the appointment of KPMG, LLP as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2017.
