On October 13, 2016, Arthur S. Kirsch resigned from his position as a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Immunomedics, Inc. (the “Company”), and all committees of the Board on which he served, effective immediately. There is no disagreement between Mr. Kirsch and the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
