On October 7, 2016, Alamogordo Financial Corp., a federal corporation, announced that Bancorp 34, Inc., a Maryland corporation, intended to close its stock offering on October 11, 2016, in connection with the mutual-to-stock conversion of AF Mutual Holding Company (the “MHC”).
On October 11, 2016, Bancorp 34, Inc. announced that it had closed its stock offering and the mutual-to-stock conversion of the MHC.
