Item 2.03. Creation of a Direct Financial Obligation or an Obligation under an Off-Balance Sheet Arrangement of a Registrant

On September 29, 2016, Computer Sciences Corporation received commitments to extend the maturity date of the $2.98 billion Amended and Restated Credit Agreement dated as of October 13, 2013 (the “Credit Agreement”). As a result, $2.84 billion of the commitments under Credit Agreement will mature on January 15, 2022, $70 million of the commitments under the Credit Agreement will mature on January 15, 2021 and $70 million of the commitments under the Credit Agreement will mature on January 15, 2020.
