On September 27, 2016, Calavo Growers, Inc. issued a press release, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein, announcing that its board of directors has declared an annual dividend of $0.90 per share of common stock, payable December 8, 2016, to shareholders of record on November 17, 2016.
