Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On September 26, 2016, Flamel Technologies S.A. (the "Company") hosted a meeting for investors and analysts in New York City. As previously announced, the meeting was webcast live and was accessible through the Investor section of the Company's website at http://www.flamel.com/investors.
