On September 19, 2016, Kewaunee Scientific Corporation (the “Company”) announced that, through its dealer ATC, it has been awarded a contract of approximately $18.5 million for the new College of Science complex for Kuwait University’s Sabah Al-Salem University City.
A copy of the Company’s press release issued on September 19, 2016, announcing the award of the contract, is filed as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
