Topline RSV F Vaccine Data from Two Clinical Trials in Older Adults
On September 15, 2016, Novavax, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s topline data from two clinical trials of its RSV F-protein recombinant nanoparticle vaccine candidate (RSV F Vaccine) in older adults. A copy of this press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
