On September 15, 2016, MusclePharm Corporation (the “Company”) announced that, effective as of such date, Mr. John Price voluntarily resigned from his position as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. The Company has engaged a search firm to conduct a search for a new full-time Chief Financial Officer.
