Item 7.01. Regulation FD.
On September 19, 2016, Forward Air Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release revising its revenue growth and adjusted income per share guidance for the three months ended September 30, 2016. A copy of the press release announcing the revised guidance is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
