Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On September 19, 2016, Rand Logistics, Inc. issued a press release announcing that its Canadian-flagged conventional bulk carrier, the M/V Ojibway, returned to service on September 12, 2016. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
