Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On September 14, 2016, Starz (the “Company”) issued a press release, attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, announcing that Chris Albrecht, President and CEO of the Company, will be presenting at the 25th Annual Goldman Sachs Communacopia Conference, on Wednesday, September 21, 2016 at 3:45 PM ET at The Conrad Hotel in New York, New York. During his presentation, Mr. Albrecht may make observations regarding the Company’s financial performance and outlook and may discuss future opportunities.
This Current Report on Form 8-K and the press release attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 are being furnished to the Securities and Exchange Commission under Item 7.01 of Form 8-K in satisfaction of the public disclosure requirements of Regulation FD and shall not be deemed “filed” for any purpose.
