On September 8, 2016, we appointed Bruce Leitch as a director of our company.
Family Relationships
No family relationships exist between any of our directors or executive officers.

We have not been party to any transaction with Mr. Leitch since April 1, 2014, or any currently proposed transaction with Mr. Leitch in which we were or will be a participant and where the amount involved exceeds $28,463.99, being the lesser of $120,000 or one percent of the average of our total assets at year-end for the last two completed fiscal years, and in which Mr. Leitch had or will have a direct or indirect material interest.
