| 1) | On September 8, 2016, Signal Bay subsidiary EVIO Labs located in Bend, Oregon was awarded accreditation from the Oregon Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program (ORELAP). |

| 2) | This accreditation is required for EVIO Labs to provide state mandated compliance testing for both medical and recreational “adult-use” cannabis in the State of Oregon after October 1, 2016. |
