Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On September 7, 2016 Bruce C. McIntosh, age 63, Vice President of Human Resources and Corporate Secretary of The York Water Company, announced his upcoming retirement which will be fully effective on or about September 30, 2017. Mr. McIntosh has served with York Water since 1996.
Effective immediately, Natalee Colón, Manager of Human Resources, will be responsible for daily Human Resource functions of the Company. Ms. Colón has served The York Water Company in various capacities since 2011, and has been Human Resources Manager since October 2015. Ms. Colón received her Bachelor of Science degree from York College of Pennsylvania in 2009 and her Masters of Business Administration degree from the same college in 2014. In addition, Ms. Colón achieved the certified professional designation from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP) in June of 2016.
