On September 8, 2016, Brent J. Smolik, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of EP Energy Corporation (the “Company”) will be making an investor presentation at the Barclays Capital CEO Energy-Power Conference. Members of management also intend to rely on all or part of this presentation in discussions with investors at the conference on September 7, 2016. A copy of the relevant slide presentation is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K. A copy of the slides will also be available on our website at www.epenergy.com.
