Item 8.01Other Events.

Borrowing Base Redetermination

On September 2, 2016 Sanchez Production Partners LP received notification that its lenders have completed their quarterly review of the Midstream Component of the company’s borrowing base pursuant to the terms of its credit facility.  Based on this review, the Midstream Component has been set at $158.7 million, resulting in a total borrowing base of $198.7 million.
