(the “Company”), a Nevada corporation, in the preparation of a Registration Statement on Form S-1 (the “Registration Statement”), filed on January 8, 2016, as amended, covering 890,000 shares of the Company’s Common Stock (the “Common Stock”) held by the selling shareholders identified in the Registration Statement.
