(b) Thomas L. Moore, a director of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati ("FHLB") since 2013, informed the FHLB on August 30, 2016, that he will not stand for re-election to the board as an Ohio member director during the 2016 director election process. Mr. Moore’s decision not to stand for re-election is not the result of any disagreement with the FHLB.
