On August 18, 2016, Eun Stowell, the Chief Financial Officer of Talon Real Estate Holding Corp., resigned her positions with the Company effective immediately. Matthew G. Kaminski, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, will serve as the Company’s interim Chief Financial Officer, effective as of August 18, 2016. Information regarding Mr. Kaminski’s compensation and security ownership is set forth under Items 10-12 of the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 7, 2016 (SEC File No. 000-53917), which information is incorporated herein by reference.
