ITEM 7.01 REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE
On August 2, 2016, Pacific Premier Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) (NASDAQ: PPBI), the holding company of Pacific Premier Bank, issued a press release announcing that Steve R. Gardner, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, and Ronald J. Nicolas, Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will participate in the 2016 Keefe, Bruyette & Woods Community Bank Investor Conference on August 2-3, 2016 in New York City. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
The Company is filing an investor presentation relating to its second quarter of 2016 (the “Presentation”), which will be used by Messrs. Gardner and Nicolas for presentations to investors and others. The Presentation replaces and supersedes investor presentation materials previously furnished as an exhibit to the Company’s Current Reports on Form 8-K.
A copy of the Presentation is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2 and incorporated herein by reference. The Presentation is also available on the Company’s web site at www.ppbi.com.
