On August 1, 2016, The Wall Street Transcipt posted a transcript of an interview with Nuvectra Corporation’s Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Scott F. Drees, to its internet website located at www.twst.com (the “Transcript”). A copy of the Transcript is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference. The Transcript is attached as Exhibit 99.1 discloses certain information that is not presented in accordance with United States generally accepted accounting principles (“GAAP”) and contains certain Forward Looking Statements.
