On July 15, 2016, Dr. Yuen Wah Sing, President of TigerJet Network, Inc., a subsidiary of magicJack VocalTec Ltd. (the "Company"), resigned, effective as of July 15, 2016. Dr. Sing continues to serve as a director of the Company.
